Q: Why should I use your service?
A: Honolulu Airport Transfer provides Non-Stop, No Share Rides; convenient, safe and reliable transportation. Our prices are substantially lower than taxi fares and we’re always on time, with dependable and reliable transportation services.
Our goal is to continually better serve customers like you. We’re authorized by the Honolulu Airport Division to pick up our customers by the curbside, and our vehicles are fully insured by the state of Hawaii department of transportation.
Q: Is the price for per person?
A: Nope! All prices are per vehicle, up to 4 passengers. If you have more than 4 in your party, let us know. So for a trip from HNL to Waikiki you just pay $45 no matter if it’s just you, or four of you. You can do the math and see why it’s much cheaper that a traditional pay-per-person shuttle service. Q: What happens if I arrive late?
A: No worries! Our friendly, professional drivers will be waiting for you regardless of your arrival time. We monitor the flights so we know if yours is arriving later than scheduled.
Q: How long do I have to wait when I’m ready for pick up?
A: What wait!? You will not have to wait at all. Your driver will be waiting for you outside of your baggage claim, ready to greet you (with a lei?) as soon as you step out.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation?
A: Yes, you do need to make a reservation. Please call us to do so as soon as you know your flight information. We require 24-hour notice, but if you’re arrival is on short notice just give us a call at 1-800-929-1219 and we’ll see if we can work it out.
Q: How many days ahead of time should I call?

Q: Do I have to share the ride with other passengers?
A: No. Your car is for you and your party only.
Q: What type of vehicle will I be riding in?
A: Our Honolulu Airport Transport service has just secured a new fleet of 2018 Toyota Sienna minivans (view photo below). You’ll be riding in affordable luxury all the way to paradise!
Q: Are you reliable and on time?
A: Yes, we are always punctual and dependable.
Q: Do you operate everyday?
A: Yes, we’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: What type of the payments do you accept?
A: Cash is preferred for our flat rate service, but credit cards and Pay Pal are accepted with an additional 5% service charge.
