Moreover, it’s a shared shuttle that’s packed with strangers. After all that has happened over the last two years, hardly anyone takes a shared shuttle from HNL anymore, not when you can enjoy your own private and direct shuttle for one low $40 flat rate. They have a location at the Ilikai Hotel, another at the aforementioned Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger, and one conveniently (for you) tucked into the Ohana Waikiki East, with an entrance at street level and second floor lobby level. You can easily spend an hour or two in this cozy (and surfy) cafe which boasts an expansive menu while hotel staff stores your luggage prior to check-in. Alternatively (or in addition to) you can simply walk down to Kalakaua Avenue and explore Waikiki Beach which is a one-minute stroll away from the hotel.
